Zone-Image Return Policies

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, simply return it with the invoice within 15 days of the purchase date to receive an exchange or refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All items should be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging; they should not have been used and should include any accessories, packaging, warranties, instruction manuals, etc. Items must have been purchased from a Zone-Image dealer.

Non-refundable items
- Software that has been opened
- Multi-media items that have been opened (CD, DVD, memory cards, etc.)
- Ink cartridges
- Chemicals, film
- Photo paper
- Discounted or discontinued items
- Gift cards
- Special order products.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item with an identical one.

Returns procedure
You have the option of returning or exchanging items in store or by post. In both cases, you should return or exchange the item at the store where the purchase was made.

If you wish to return the item by post, transport charges will not be refundable unless you return an item owing to a delivery error on our part or a defect reported within 10 days. Zone-Image will not be liable for any loss or damage ocurring during delivery of the returned item. We strongly recommend that items be returned using mail with insurance.

Please note that all returns will be inspected and Zone-Image reserves the right to refuse any items that are non-compliant.

Returns will be credited according to the initial payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the time Zone-Image receives your item for the credit to appear in your account.
